Our homestead is presently facing some challenges, one relevant to this page, the ability to expand with limited resources into a broader market.  We hear positive reviews till this point in our venture, yet much uncertainty concerning what commitments will transpire concerning sales to caterers, a wider on-line and delivery area market, the long awaited Winooski Farmer’s Market opening, and factoring in the costs of mail orders of our non-perishable products.  Meanwhile, we look forward greater conservation of energy resources with the help of our solar panels, a decreased water bill from a more efficient rainwater collection system, and more participation from interested parties in the production of our products.  Time will tell,
